Job Summary
The Learning Consultant at All Saints Academy provides academic support and instructional guidance to students with diverse learning needs in a faith‑centered educational environment. This role collaborates with teachers, families, and administrators to implement strategies and interventions that promote student success while supporting the mission and Catholic identity of the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide targeted academic support to students through individual and small‑group instruction.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and classroom accommodations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning plans, interventions, and student support strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services provided and outcomes.
- Support students with organizational skills, study strategies, and learning tools to promote independence and success.
- Participate in meetings related to student support, intervention planning, and academic progress.
- Communicate professionally with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and progress as appropriate.
- Support the implementation of best practices in instructional strategies and interventions.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school, diocesan, and legal guidelines regarding student information.
- Support the Catholic mission and values of All Saints Academy through respectful conduct and positive role modeling.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Teaching certification or relevant educational credentials (preferred).
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs (preferred).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement targeted instructional strategies and interventions effectively.
