Our Lady Queen of Peace School is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and student-centered 4th Grade Homeroom Teacher to join our dedicated team. This position includes instruction in Religion, Science, English Language Arts, and Math within a collaborative and supportive Catholic school environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $46,000 (first year, based on experience)
- Health Insurance: 80% employer-paid (single plan)
- Retirement: 403(b) participation beginning in year two

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited college or university
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
- Preferred 1–2 years of successful teaching experience (including student teaching)
- Strong knowledge of grade-level content and learning theory, including:
- Motivation and engagement strategies
- Reinforcement and feedback techniques
- Assessment and evaluation practices
- Commitment to fostering a positive classroom environment
- Understanding of and dedication to upholding strong Christian values
