Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Community (HNOJ) is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Custodial Assistant to support the care and upkeep of our parish and school facilities. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for parishioners, students, staff, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining well-organized facilities. Prior maintenance or custodial experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of parish and school facilities
- Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Set up and take down spaces for parish and school events
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Interact courteously with parishioners, staff, and visitors when needed
