Position Overview
Saint Rose of Lima is seeking a dedicated and organized Parish Administrative Assistant to serve as the heart of our parish office. This role is more than just clerical work; it is a ministry of hospitality. As the first point of contact for parishioners and visitors, you will embody our mission by providing a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the church.
Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Communication: Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage parish emails with grace and professionalism.

Sacramental Records: Maintain accurate parish databases, including baptismal, marriage, and funeral records.

Office Operations: Manage the parish calendar, coordinate facility usage, and oversee the ordering of office supplies and liturgical, hospitality and funeral lunch supplies.

Bulletin & Media: Assist in the editing and production of the weekly bulletin, flocknotes, and social media updates to keep our community informed and invited.

Support Services: Provide administrative assistance to the Pastor, parish staff, and various ministry leads as needed.
