What You Will Do: This position plays a key execution role on the development team, driving donor engagement through relationship-building, events, and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Build and steward relationships with a portfolio of donors, particularly focused on event sponsorships and year-end giving.
- Plan and execute all aspects of major fundraising and donor events, including logistics, communications, and fund-a-need components.
- Serve as project manager for development initiatives, ensuring timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables stay on track.
- Execute donor outreach and communication strategies including direct mail, segmentation, and stewardship in collaboration with Director of Communications.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
