- Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies) that follow diocesan guidelines and grade-level standards while weaving in Catholic values
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps young learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills
- Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates to support scholar growth and build a strong school-home connection
- Assess and document scholar progress through developmentally appropriate methods, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning needs
- Plan and lead daily prayer, religious activities, and faith-based discussions that help scholars understand and embrace Catholic teachings in age-appropriate ways
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistent educational approaches and maintain a positive school culture
- Participate actively in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's mission of academic excellence in an urban, faith-filled environment

Salary Range: $38,000 - $78,000 annually

- The final compensation package will be based on verified teaching experience and educational credentials
