Office Specialist for Mission Office & Regional Business Manager
Diocese Pastoral Center, Greensburg
The Diocese of Greensburg seeks qualified applications for an individual to assist the Mission Director in the day-to-day functions of the office, and to serve as a regional business manager in the Diocesan Finance Office.
The individual will work on a pre-established schedule for each office subject to occasional changes due to the needs of each office.
In addition to general clerical support skills in reviewing, routing, and drafting responses to correspondence/phone calls and e-mails the person must have strong general accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Qualified applicants must be a high school graduate (or equivalent); be proficient in Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook; be able to learn and work with specialized software; be able to work independently; be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public.
A degree and experience in accounting or related field is preferred.
