Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School is seeking an experienced Enrollment Counselor to help launch a strategic initiative to increase enrollment. This person will work in a team-setting to develop and implement this initiative.
The ideal candidate would have:
- experience in developing and implementing successful enrollment strategies
- experience in a secondary school setting
- knowledge in using enrollment software systems and student information system and ability to make data informed decisions to allocate resources appropriately
- ability to personally engage student prospects and families throughout the community including feeder schools parishes, and local community organizations
- strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate the school's mission
- ability to engage efforts of faculty, staff, current students and alumni for the purpose of recruiting new students
- skills to oversee and develop school initiatives to maintain and grow a pipeline of well- profiled student prospects
