Saint Maria Goretti Catholic School is accepting applications for a dynamic Teacher Aide to work alongside Early Childhood Preschool school students in Madison, WI.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Ability to embed differentiation in daily instruction to meet the needs of a wide range of students.

- Ability to adjust assist instruction based on formative assessment data.
- Ability to communicate effectively to form partnerships with families and staff.
- Ability to reflect on practice.
A background in Early Childhood / Preschool is preferred; creativity is valued.
