We’re looking for a driven, solutions‑oriented leader who can partner with our Head of Client Services to move our strategic direction forward. This role plays a central part in our work—helping ensure teams have the clarity, systems, and structures they need to stay aligned and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What will you be doing?
- Bring strategic vision to life through actionable planning
- Operational partnership with the Head of Client Services—advancing priorities, facilitating EOS practices, and keeping the team aligned
- Driving timelines, deliverables, and accountability for key initiatives
- Monitoring and strengthening program metrics, KPIs, and performance
You’ll be a connector, a problem‑solver, and a key voice in operational decision‑making—someone who can spot gaps, create structure, and keep momentum humming across multiple programs.

Are you the next Assistant Head of Client Services?
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Human Services Administration, Social Work or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and operationalizing strategic plans and translating vision into executable workplans, timelines, and outcomes.
- Experience working in or partnering with regulated or clinical service environments strongly preferred.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in human services, healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-program service delivery environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignment.
- Experience building and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
