POSITION SUMMARY:

Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy Bookkeeper to

join our office team. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations of the parish and school,

maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with diocesan financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Month and Year End Reconciliation Duties

• Manage online giving platform

• Processes Annual and Quarterly Giving Reports for Donors

• Responds to Donor inquiries

• Support staff and leadership with financial information as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (parish or nonprofit experience preferred)

• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)

• Schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-4:00.

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
