Position Title: Admissions & Enrollment Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and strategic Admissions & Enrollment Specialist to join our Admissions and Advancement Team. Supporting the Director of Admissions, you will serve as a primary ambassador to prospective families—exuding warmth, hospitality, and a genuine love for Catholic education and the Bishop England community. Simultaneously, you will build and maintain modern, efficient admissions systems to streamline recruitment and track prospective student pipelines.
Classification: Exempt, Salary (20–25 hours per week, flexible, includes occasional evening/weekend events)
Reports To: Director of Admissions
Department: Admissions & Advancement Team
Key Responsibilities
- Relational Outreach & Tours: Conduct engaging campus tours for prospective families, showcasing our Christ-centered culture and academic offerings.
- Systems & Data Management: Maintain prospective student records, manage the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel, and streamline admissions workflows.
- Event Execution: Support the Admissions and Advancement Team in planning key recruitment events, including Open Houses, shadow days, and partner school visits.
- Mission Champion: Serve as an articulate advocate for Bishop England’s mission, values, and community.
Qualifications
- Mission-Driven: Deep passion for Catholic education and the ability to share our values with enthusiasm; serves as a credible witness to our faith.
- Relational & Professional: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a welcoming presence.
- Systems Mindset: Organized administrative background with comfort using CRM/admissions software and establishing structured processes.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in school admissions, customer relations, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
