Job Summary
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Director of Quality to provide leadership and oversight for all Human Services service lines, including St. Patrick Center, St. Martha's, St. Francis Community Services, and LAMP. This role ensures strong quality systems, regulatory and accreditation compliance, effective data infrastructure, and a culture of continuous improvement across all programs/services and departments. This centralized role collaborates with program leadership, senior leaders, and Ministry Office to strengthen outcomes, standardize processes, and promote high-quality, safe, and mission-driven services. Annual compensation starts at $70,000, with opportunities for salary advancement upon meeting preferred qualifications.
