Brief Job Description: Response for maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings and assisting in a variety of semi-skilled manual work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsibilities include routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within and outside the various buildings.
•Duties include sweeping, mopping, replenishing supplies, emptying trash and minor maintenance tasks etc. as needed to keep all buildings clean and in operating order. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Need to have reliable transportation and possess a valid NYS driver license
• High school degree
• General facility experience desired but not required
Desired Skills:
• Must work well with others and be able to understand and follow routine oral or written instructions.
Salary: 17.00 – 18.00 per hour
