Role Description: The Associate is a client advocate committed to zealously delivering superior customer service, anticipating client needs and working to ensure client goals are consistently met. The Associate role at Symphony Advancement is a full-time hybrid position with office locations in Kansas and Wisconsin. This role requires up to 40% travel including onsite work at various client locations around the country. Under the direction of a Project Manager the Associate will serve clients in a variety of ways, ranging from identification of new financial resources, identification of threats and vulnerabilities, to federal due diligence, procurement procedures and program compliance.
On a daily basis the Associate will aid in project coordination, preparing reports, complex documents and technical papers. This is a challenging role requiring a high level of communication, customer service and individual planning. The position requires consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Compensation for first year Associates ranges from $40,000 to $75,000. We offer a generous set of benefits including 5% matching 401(k) contribution, 16 paid holidays and comprehensive insurance.
