Social Media Growth & Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,00
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the organization’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
- Develop engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that tells compelling stories and strengthens brand awareness.
- Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, reach, and overall digital presence.
- Capture on-site content throughout the Greater Philadelphia area by visiting various program locations and events.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase awareness, community engagement, volunteer participation, and donor support.
- Monitor analytics, identify trends, and optimize content using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and program teams to highlight impactful stories across the organization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences with measurable results.
- Experience managing multiple social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Strong photography, videography, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content and engaging social campaigns.
- Comfortable analyzing social media metrics and translating data into strategy.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable traveling locally several times each week to capture authentic content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
