The President is a practicing Catholic who demonstrates:
- A commitment to ongoing spiritual formation, and growth in leadership and areas of professional responsibility
- A deep understanding of and passion for all-girls Catholic secondary education, with the credibility to lead and represent Padua Academy with integrity
- A minimum of a master’s degree, with doctoral degree preferred, in Business or a related field
- Proven experience as a visionary and strategic leader, including the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan
- Demonstrated success in advancement initiatives, including major fundraising, donor cultivation, grant writing, and external relations
- Proven ability to engage with and represent the school to the broader community, building strong relationships beyond the school environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, with experience in effective financial oversight
- A collaborative leader and team builder who maximizes the gifts and talents of others and embraces the virtue of subsidiarity
- The ability to serve as a unifying ambassador for Padua Academy, inspiring excellence internally and advancing the school’s mission externally
