The Associate Director reports to the Executive Director and will focus on advancement support and contributions management as part of the general coordination for the daily operations of the organization. Key functions include overseeing donor data management, gift processing, contributions reporting, and fundraising events coordination and communication.
This position will reflect the mission, benevolence and professionalism of Rise and Shine in all relationships with board members, donors and our partners both in the U.S. and in Ghana.
Rise & Shine works with and is located at Our Lady of Grace parish in Edina. This position is ideal for someone with a heart for service, effective team collaboration and organizational expertise.
