Our mission-driven nonprofit is seeking a passionate, skilled Community Support Specialist to walk alongside individuals as they reclaim their independence and create sustainable, meaningful change.

As a Community Support Specialist, you will partner directly with clients to develop, implement, and support individualized rehabilitation plans. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, connect individuals to vital resources, and provide hands-on coaching that helps clients rebuild essential life skills.
This position includes one weeknight per week and one weekend coverage per month.
