Saint Agnes School seeks an Upper School Director to provide strategic, mission-driven leadership in advancing our work of forming Catholic hearts and minds in faith, reason, and virtue. Rooted in the classical liberal arts tradition, Saint Agnes School is committed to the pursuit of truth through a rich and integrated curriculum, intentional student formation, and a culture that prizes intellectual rigor, moral clarity, and joyful learning. The Upper School Director oversees the academic, formative, and cultural life of the High School and Junior High School (7-12th grades), with responsibility for faculty, student formation, discipline, advisory and house programs, and key academic program implementation. Working in close collaboration with deans, faculty leaders, academic support and counselling services, admissions, and senior administration, the Upper School Director ensures coherence, excellence, and fidelity to the school’s mission across all aspects of Upper School life.
