St. Cecelia Catholic School is seeking a full-time (12 month) Assistant to the Development and Admissions Director.

Assistant to the Development and Admissions Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct new family tours, coordinate new student testing and process new student applications.
- Preparing and distribute newsletters, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination to the school community.
- Collaborate with the Home & School team to plan and execute fundraising events, coordinating logistics, etc.
- Maintain and update the school's donor database, ensuring accurate and confidential contributions and contact information records.
- Monitor and manage the school's social media platforms, create social media campaigns create engaging content and promptly respond to inquiries or comments.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including developing promotional materials, coordinating advertising campaigns, and tracking marketing metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the development team and Administration, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
Required Skills
- College education or high school diploma with administrative experience.
- Excellent communicator, people oriented, and personable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Photo shop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Constant Contact experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Must pass a Diocesan Level II/FBI criminal history background check and complete Diocesan trainings including a Safe Environment training.
