We are seeking a mission-driven Lower Elementary Teacher who is passionate about educating the whole child—spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically in the Catholic tradition.

Instructional Excellence
Deliver engaging instruction aligned to diocesan standards with a strong foundation in early literacy, phonics, and numeracy.
Employ varied instructional strategies that support multiple intelligences and diverse learners.
Utilize data-informed teaching (including MAP Growth) to track progress and ensure high levels of achievement for all students.
Classroom Environment
Cultivate a nurturing, organized, and well-managed classroom where students feel loved, safe, and eager to learn.
Use consistent, proactive behavior support tied to virtue formation.
Maintain strong, collegial partnerships with parents as primary educators.
Professional Collaboration
Work as a committed member of the school’s PLC structure.
Collaborate with the Assistant Principal to support differentiated learning.
Engage actively in ongoing professional development.
QualificationsPracticing Catholic strongly preferred; must support and uphold Catholic teaching and mission.
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
Valid South Carolina teaching certification (or eligibility) preferred.
Experience or training in foundational literacy instruction preferred.
Positive, organized, collaborative, and growth-oriented professional disposition.
