About
I am an experienced educator and mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in teaching, program development, and school leadership both in the United States and internationally in Japan. My work has consistently focused on building strong communities, developing effective systems, and supporting the holistic growth of students and organizations.
I have served as a District Assessment Coordinator, where I led school-wide initiatives, collaborated with stakeholders, and improved systems that impact student outcomes. In addition, I founded and operated an English school in Japan, building it from the ground up and managing all aspects of its operations, culture, and community engagement. I also served in a leadership capacity as an acting principal one day per week for two years, supporting staff, addressing challenges, and ensuring consistent expectations across the school environment.
I bring strong skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational systems, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and guide teams toward shared goals. My background in coaching athletics has further strengthened my ability to mentor, motivate, and build relationships grounded in accountability and trust.
As a practicing Catholic, I am deeply committed to serving others and promoting the dignity of every person. I am passionate about contributing to mission-driven organizations that seek to form individuals, strengthen communities, and serve the common good through both direct service and systemic impact.
