Location: St. Mark Catholic Center, Erie, PA

Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

The Catholic Schools Office is seeking a mission-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented Confidential Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Superintendent and help advance the mission of Catholic education across the Diocese of Erie.

What You’ll Do

In this vital role, you will:

Serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for the CSO
Provide confidential administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent
Coordinate key events, meetings, and school personnel documentation
Support Catholic mission/identity, academic services, and accreditation processes
Manage databases, communications, transcript requests, and website updates
Assist with government programs and teacher continuing education reporting

No two days are alike—your work directly supports our schools, educators, and families.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; administrative training or experience preferred
3–5 years of office experience (school setting a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and the mission of Catholic education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new technologies
