Role Description

St. Ignatius Catholic School is dedicated to hiring individuals who respond to God's invitation by working in a Catholic educational environment. The Director of Business Services oversees the Business Services Office at St. Ignatius Catholic School and reports regularly to the Headmaster and Head of Lower School.

The Director of Business Services is responsible for managing a variety of business functions, including contracts, risk management, employee benefits, environmental and occupational health and safety, and general support services. This role is crucial to advancing the school's mission and vision.

We seek a Director of Business Services who is a practicing Catholic, willing to pledge an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium, and who will serve as a joyful role model exemplifying all that is good, true, and beautiful within the St. Ignatius community. The Director is expected to demonstrate behavior that aligns with the mission, vision, and core values of St. Ignatius Catholic School.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Associates in a Finance related field
Experience in Business Management
Support to the Catholic School mission
Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Accounting Sofware
Diocese of Green Bay Office of Safe Environment requirements, including VIRTUS training and background check
