Brief Job Description: This position is a temporary (September/October) substitute teaching position in a multi-grade classroom of 1st & 2nd grade students.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Substitute will work with the classroom teacher to write lesson plans, teach, and maintain a safe, consistent, and cooperative learning environment.
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education, working toward Master’s and certification
• At least two years of teaching experience in Primary Grades is desirable
