Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is a pre-K through 8th grade Catholic elementary school in
Madison, Wisconsin with 300 students and 27 staff members. We are seeking a talented,
creative, and hard-working individual interested in becoming part of a team that is passionate
about working together to develop students spiritually and academically, as we strive for
excellence together.
The ideal candidate will have following qualifications:
- A valid teaching credential along with a minimum of two years teaching experience is
highly preferable
- Knowledge of current curriculum and standards
- Enthusiasm for music education
- Commitment to continued development of his/her personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Desire to help students nurture and grow their relationship with Jesus Christ through the
beauty of music and singing
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
- Values the learning process and teaching essential music skills.
Specific Subject Area Responsibilities
- Children’s Choir rehearsals and lead choir for school Masses
- Coordinate and lead School Christmas Program or other musical programs that
showcase student learning

FTE: Full-time (school year)
Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k)
plan.
