Role Description Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Director of Faith Formation & Sacramental Preparation. This Director must be a practicing Catholic, in good standing with the Church. He or she is a person of prayer, committed to the authentic teaching of the Catholic faith. Additionally the Director must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, possess the skills to write, speak, and translate both languages, and be able to run a bilingual program.
The Director will report to the Parish Manager, will work with other staff members to foster and maintain a working environment where worship, prayer, hospitality and learning are the primary motivators. The Director is a professional catechetical leader who assists adolescents and children of the parish in their faith formation.
