St. Thomas Aquinas, a thriving parish in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry to lead both middle/high school (grades 7-12) and young adult (20s & 30s) ministries as one connected mission.
This is a Director-level role for an experienced leader - not a first ministry job. You'll supervise a Coordinator, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, and build a multi-year vision rooted in the Eucharist and the teachings of the Catholic Church.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in Catholic youth or young adult ministry
• Proven experience leading staff and volunteers
• Bachelor's required, Master's in Theology/Pastoral Ministry preferred

COMPENSATION:
$60,000-$65,000, plus health insurance, generous PTO, and an annual retreat.
