Job Summary
Immaculate Conception School is seeking a part-time Art Teacher to join our faith-filled school community. This position will work Tuesdays and Thursdays, providing engaging and creative art instruction to students.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons that foster creativity and skill development
- Integrate elements of faith and Catholic values when appropriate
- Create a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment
- Display student artwork and contribute to school culture
- Collaborate with faculty and staff
- Assist with select school events and activities as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Art Education or related field
- Teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Willingness to support the mission of Catholic education
- Must be willing to follow and uphold the Archdiocese of St. Louis Witness Statement
- Practicing Catholic preferred but not required
