All Saints Catholic Church & School has an opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with staff and parishioners. We are seeking a friendly and dependable part-time Welcome Desk Assistant to start in May 2026 to serve as the first point of contact for our parish community. This position is three days per week and plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for all who visit. The ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, personable, warm, well-organized and creative. This part-time position/ 3 days a week, 7:30-4pm.
Responsibilities include:
a. To be present, ready to work, and on time for all scheduled hours as needed to meet requirements.
b. Provide a warm welcome to those visiting All Saints Parish.
• Courteously enforce visitor sign-in requirements
• Assist in handling a variety of visitor needs and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
c. Receive and respond to phone calls to the parish in a pleasant and welcoming manner.
• Respond to callers’ requests for information quickly and accurately.
• Direct inquiry calls to appropriate staff.
• Contact parishioners by phone as assigned.
d. Implement Parish security policies and procedures; acts as a resource on matters relating to security operations.
e. Provide assistance for other administrative jobs that support the mission of the parish, which
may include manual or digital tasks.
