About the Church of Saint Paul
The Church of Saint Paul is a dynamic Catholic community of 1400+ families empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the Body of Christ alive in our world today. Located in Ham Lake, MN, the parish follows a five-step discipleship pathway to maintain the strength of our community and help individuals become intentional disciples of Jesus Christ through acts of prayer, service, connection, giving, and invitation.
Position Summary
The Adult Sacraments and Pastoral Care Coordinator is a compassionate organized leader who encourages and develops parishioners to take on leadership roles in sacramental preparation and pastoral ministry. You will help people take their next steps in the Sacramental life of the Church (OCIA, engagement, marriage, baptism), create a caring atmosphere for families and individuals going through a time of difficulty or bereavement (funerals), as well as support various prayer ministries. Schedule to be determined. Weekend and evening hours required (e.g. Sacramental rites, special events, and member engagement).
