The Position:
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Saint Louis Counseling, is hiring a School Partnership Program Director. This role leads program operations, including clinician staffing, scheduling, and partner coordination, ensuring reliable and responsive support for schools and students. Working closely with the Senior Clinical Director, the Director supports clinical quality, compliance, and risk management while guiding a distributed team of clinicians.
The position also serves as a key liaison to school districts, translating operational and clinical needs into accessible services for students and families. This is a 12-month position with core working hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Some nights and weekends hours are required.
