What You’ll Do
Front Office & Reception
- Welcome visitors and clients warmly; direct calls and foot traffic to the right staff
- Maintain a professional, inviting office environment that reflects our mission and values
- Open and close the office; manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meeting preparations and agency vehicle maintenance reports; work alongside the purchasing person to track and order office supplies
- Operate standard office equipment and assist other staff as needed
Program Support
- Check client eligibility and track distributions in our client management software
- Perform accurate data entry to support program records and client management systems
- Prepare and maintain case files and folders; assist with mailings and material packets
- Receive in-kind donations and issue donation receipts
- Notarize documents and order/pick up program supplies as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of office experience
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (copiers, printers, postage machines, etc.) and provide hands-on assistance to others as needed
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- A warm, respectful approach with clients, coworkers, and the public

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
