Job Description
Church Office Manager – Part Time
Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 3pm. Occasionally may require some additional hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of Church correspondence
- Receive and send mail
- Preparation and production of Church bulletin
- Act as in-person, e-mail, and phone receptionist
- Maintain Church files and data bases
- Ordering and storage of office supplies
- Maintaining office equipment and arranging repairs if needed
- Assist Business Manager with various financial transactions and other projects
- Assist Pastor with various projects
- Help organize and work with volunteers
