Position Title: Athletic Site Director - Part-Time
Reports To: Principal / Athletic Director / Catholic Youth Sports
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Event-Based after 3pm (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Indialantic, FL
SUMMARY
The Site Director supports the school athletic program by hosting and supervising athletic events held on campus fields and gymnasium. The Site Director works under the supervision of the Principal, Athletic Director and Catholic Youth Sports to ensure safe, organized, and well-managed events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hosts and supervises athletic events held on school grounds.
- Serves as on-site point of contact during games.
- Ensures facilities are opened, secured, and prepared for use.
- Coordinates with visiting teams, officials, and CYS representatives.
- Monitors students, spectators, and facilities to ensure safety and proper conduct.
- Enforces facility rules and codes of conduct.
- Assists with equipment setup and breakdown.
- Reports incidents or concerns to the Athletic Director and administration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed indoors and outdoors, often in the evenings or on weekends.
Requires standing, walking, and light lifting.

QUALIFICATIONS
Catholic Faith
Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Some college courses in sports management, physical education, or related field, preferred
- Experience supervising youth or athletic events preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- All candidates are required to fulfill the Diocese of Orlando Safe Environment Certification process and undergo screening with the Clearinghouse Care Provider Background Screen via the following websites:
