St. Philip Neri School, located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, is seeking an Elementary Teacher to provide students with a comprehensive academic experience using the Archdiocesan and State of Maryland curricula for the elementary grades. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, 10-month teaching position for the 2026–2027 school year.

Essential Functions
- Maintains high professional standards consistent with the mission of the school and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Plans and implements instructional programs with clear objectives aligned with the Archdiocese of Baltimore and State of Maryland standards.
- Creates an instructional environment conducive to learning.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development in a timely manner.
- Communicates standards, achievements, and deficiencies to students and parents through email, phone calls, conferences, and the electronic gradebook.
- Is responsible for the safety and active supervision of students both in and outside the classroom.
Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, required.

MSDE certification or willingness to obtain certification, required.

Classroom teaching experience, preferred.

Proficiency in using a variety of technology.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000, Annualized
